Shipping Information and FAQ
Many of our products are handmade and/or made-per-order. Processing can take up to 5 days as we are working on creating the best quality product for you. Please note that high volume orders may cause additional delay.
What is Rene's Whimsies LLC?
Rene's Whimsies LLC is a Maryland-based creative design studio selling handmade jewelry and a range of products that feature original artwork and designs on a range of premium products - from apparel, art prints, and drinkware, to stationary and accessories.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
• Major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
• Debit/bank card
• PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay

• Shop Pay Installments. Pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments. Applies to purchases between $50 and $3,000 USD. Click here to learn about installments.
• You can also pay for online orders with a Rene's Whimsies E-Gift Card, now available in denominations of $10 -$500. Click here for more info on purchasing e-gift cards.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Rene's Whimsies ships to the US only. Shipping times and options vary depending on the product. We are working on expanding to international markets and appreciate your support.
Where's my order? Order tracking & delivery
After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner(s) USPS, DHL, or FedEx containing your package’s tracking information. You may also track your package by signing up for email and SMS notifications.
If you do not receive your email with tracking information, please a) check your junk email/spam folder b) email our Customer Service at customerservice@reneswhimsies.com for assistance.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our products are made-to-order, and your order is packed carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. Returns and refunds are accepted for damaged or defective items.
To submit a claim, please contact us via email at customerservice@reneswhimsies.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or e-gift cards.
How do I request a personalized item or custom order?
Are you looking for a personalized, made-to-order items, such as a print, tote bag, or mug? Rene's Whimsies will work with you to create handcrafted items perfect for any occasion. Please submit a custom order request by clicking on the following link: custom order form.
